If I add, delete, or change users in my Alarm.com account, will it automatically update their passwords at the Central Station?

No, changing, adding or deleting users will not update their passwords at the Central Station. Call us at 952-942-5276 to update your users’ passwords. If you don’t update them at the Central Station, old users will still be able to cancel false alarms and new ones will be unable to do so.
